Shirat Ling, D.O. is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment and has been in practice since 2000. She began her medical career at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. She then completed her family medicine residency at the Corpus Christi Medical Center - Bay Area, where she served her final year as Chief Resident. She has been in an integrative health practice in both Texas and Colorado, including house calls.

Dr.  Ling's philosophy of practice includes a holistic approach, incorporating osteopathic manipulative treatment, hormone balancing, and nutrition. She has incorporated medical aesthetic procedures over the past few years into her practice as an answer to her patients' quest to look as wonderfully as they felt. She believes in subtle but effective techniques to augment and rejuvenate her patients' inner and outer beauty. She partners with her patients in optimizing their internal and external wellness, and in prolonging their health span.

Dr. Ling is also the medical director and chief instructor for Med Spa Concepts, a company that trains physicians to perform medical aesthetic procedures. Physicians in this nationwide course obtain hands-on training in the use of injectables (Botulinum toxin A Cosmetic, dermal fillers, mesotherapy), exfoliation techniques (microdermabrasion, chemical peels), and light-based treatments (IPL, lasers). She also offers this training on an individual basis in physician offices.
