Cancellation Policy

Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid being charged the no-show fee of $50 or half the cost of the scheduled procedure, whichever is greater. Confirmation emails are made as a courtesy to each patient when possible. Our inability to contact you to confirm your appointment does not constitute an exemption from our cancellation policy. As a courtesy to all patients on time for their appointments, anyone being 15 minutes late or more will need to reschedule their appointment. If you are late, the service time that has been reserved specifically for you will be reduced, full payment for the originally-scheduled time is expected.

Clients who have canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours three or more times will be required to prepay for their visit in full. If you no-show for a prepaid visit, you will not receive a refund.

No-shows for any follow-up services that are included in a package will incur the $50 fee, as well as make void that service. For instance, if you have six Follow-Up Fractional Treatments (microdermabrasions) after the CO2 fractional laser, and you no-show for one visit, you will be charged the $50 fee, AND your remaining follow-up visits will be reduced by the number of no-shows (i.e. five will remain if you have one no-show).

Any service associated with a coupon, such as Groupon or Living Social, is completely void of value if you no-show or cancel or attempt to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.

Methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Check. We do NOT accept CareCredit. Payment is expected in full at the time of the visit.
