Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid being charged the no-show fee of $25. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100%, if you have a history of no-showing two or more times.
If you are late, the service time that has been reserved specifically for you will be reduced, full payment for the originally-scheduled time is expected.
Any service associated with a coupon, such as Groupon or Living Social, is completely void of value if you no-show or cancel or attempt to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
We do reserve the right to refuse services for the protection of our clients and staff.
