About the Physician Artist®:
Dr. Shirat Ling is a national instructor who trains physicians to perform medical aesthetic procedures. This experience has provided Dr. Ling a unique perspective, recognizing that cosmetic medicine involves not only science and technique, but also an artist’s eye — a rare but essential combination.
As a woman in her fifties, Dr. Ling understands and feels your needs…your quest to look as wonderfully as you feel, without compromising your innate beauty®…your desire to let your self be seen® and become the sculpture you were meant to be.®
Dr. Ling’s philosophy includes a holistic approach, incorporating osteopathic manipulative treatment, hormone balancing, and nutrition. She believes in subtle but effective techniques to augment and rejuvenate your inner and outer beauty. She partners with you in optimizing your internal and external wellness, and prolonging your health span.
Because Dr. Ling is so particular about your final outcome, she personally conducts all consultations and performs all medical cosmetic procedures herself, and has personally trained her staff in non-invasive cosmetic procedures.

Cynthia Perez is a licensed Aesthetician and certified Laser Technician. She has worked in the beauty retail industry for eleven years and decided to combine her passion for makeup artistry and skincare. She attended the Aveda Institute of Austin where she earned her Aesthetician license. She advanced her education while attending the Texas Laser and Aesthetics Training Academy, where she became certified in laser treatments. Cynthia chose aesthetics as her career path after attending several years of college and realizing her desire to help people look beautiful and feel good about themselves. Not only does she bring her skills to Innate Beauty, she also brings her devotion for the industry. Her enthusiasm for knowledge in the dynamic, ever-changing skincare/beauty industry ensures that she remains informed with all of the latest technologies & cutting edge skincare techniques. As a professed “Beauty Junkie” she enjoys searching for and using the best beauty items and services available. Her ultimate goal is to help each client achieve and maintain healthy skin while making them feel beautiful…mind, body, face, and soul.
Yazmin Leal has been in the beauty industry for 9 years, and specializes in brow shaping, hair removal and sugaring. She has completed her expertise in removing hair in all methods by becoming certified in laser treatments through the Texas Laser and Aesthetics Training Academy. As she has always had a passion for skin care, she sought other venues to pursue that passion…and joined the team at Innate Beauty to expand her knowledge and further her career. Yazmin is professional and passionate, delivering superior care every time. She believes in putting safety and comfort first. Her biggest reward is seeing her clients feel confident and beautiful. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, son, and fur babies. She also enjoys staying active, being outdoors, gardening and has her own collection of house plants. She will be taking some time off to be a domestic goddess.
